BRAVING: A Journey Back to Yourself
Come join my boutique group coaching program, BRAVING, designed specifically for all you incredible women who are at the point in your life where you’re unwilling to continue the facade that everything is “just fine”.
It may look that way on the outside because you’ve spent your life making things work, creating the “perfect” life, doing the “right things”, and living into everyone else’s expectations of you. And yet you wake up day after day only to find something inside of you (and possibly outside of you too) feels really, really off.
This can often be triggered by the unexpected transitions and challenges life tosses at you. Sometimes it’s the changes we plan ourselves that can be the catalyst for feeling off. And sometimes it happens for seemingly no reason at all.
Whatever the cause, you’re left feeling untethered in your life, uncertain about who you are, unsettled about where you are in your life, and weary about how to move forward.
In BRAVING, we work together to move you through a process to get back to the core of who you are so you can move forward in your life with a true sense and appreciation of who you are and where you’re headed.
Let BRAVING take you on a journey back to yourself, through a process of rediscovery, reconnection, and the remembering of who you truly are.
The next program begins October 2023.

I get it. Change can feel scary.
Fear usually comes up when we think about change, but it doesn’t mean don’t do it. Let me explain.
We get stuck in our old identities and self-concepts that keep us from doing the things we really want in our lives. We identify with our behaviors and in doing so, we believe they are simply part of who we are, and this limits our possibilities because we believe we can’t change.
This belief can create fear.
It can also be somewhat daunting to step away from an old self-concept, which keeps us in the same tired patterns. The old identity feels familiar, and in that familiarity, fear rises up when we consider letting go of it. It can make us wonder who we will be without that old identity and so we hold onto it.
And yet, when we think about the alternative,
about staying in the same place, that can be even scarier than making the change.
Do you want to move out of the comfort zone?
I understand that joining groups can seem uncomfortable. I tend to like my solitary development work, and I’ve also discovered that when we step outside of our self-imposed seclusion, life gets more magical, and our transformation and development can grow exponentially in groups when we choose it.
It’s actually quite remarkable what you can gain from watching your peers get coached, ask questions, and transform from the inside out, while going through your own personal experience.
If you feel the call to join, and you feel some resistance too, take just a moment to do this quick
- Check in with yourself on how joining would benefit you.
- Then check in on how NOT joining would benefit you.
- Look at the outcome you will create for yourself either way.
- Now that you’ve checked in with yourself, if you’ll benefit no matter what, what do you really want?
- Trust that whatever choice you make will be exactly what you need, and let yourself decide what’s best for you right now.
Hi! I’m Kathryn Green.
I know what it’s like to feel unsettled in your life and uncertain about who you are. I’ve experienced transitions in my life that were self-induced, and others that were outside of my control, leaving me feeling overwhelmed in unfamiliar territory and unsure about how to move forward.
I began to look at my life, to contemplate where I was headed if things remained the same or what might be possible if I made some changes. I decided to step outside my comfort zone and begin to believe and trust in myself.
I stopped sitting on the sidelines waiting for someone to make it better for me. I asked for support. I changed the way I viewed and treated myself. I became more aware of the reality I was creating for myself because of social and institutional conditioning and how to create a new one.
This inward, soul-searching journey gave me a renewed sense of self, a new perspective, and a drive to create a life of my own design. I decided to make it my mission to help you do the same.
As a Master Coach, I have worked with hundreds of clients on building their relationships with themselves through self-understanding, self-responsibility, and self-trust and I can help you too!
I can’t wait to see you on the inside.
