Change can feel scary.
Fear usually comes up when we think about change, but it doesn’t mean don’t do it.
Let me explain.
We get stuck in our old identities and self-concepts that keep us from doing the things we really want in our lives. We identify with our behaviors and in doing so, we believe they are simply part of who we are, and this limits our possibilities because we believe we can’t change.
This belief can create fear.
It can also be somewhat daunting to step away from an old self-concept, which keeps us in the same tired patterns. The old identity feels familiar, and in that familiarity, fear rises up when we consider letting go of it.
It can make us wonder who we will be without that old identity and so we hold onto it.
And yet, when we think about the alternative,
about staying in the same place, that can be even scarier than making the change.

Hi! I’m Kathryn Green.
I know what it’s like to feel unsettled in your life and uncertain about who you are. I’ve experienced transitions in my life that were self-induced, and others that were outside of my control, leaving me feeling overwhelmed in unfamiliar territory and unsure about how to move forward.
I began to look at my life, to contemplate where I was headed if things remained the same or what might be possible if I made some changes. I decided to step outside my comfort zone and begin to believe and trust in myself.
I stopped sitting on the sidelines waiting for someone to make it better for me. I asked for support. I changed the way I viewed and treated myself. I became more aware of the reality I was creating for myself because of social and institutional conditioning and how to create a new one.
This inward, soul-searching journey gave me a renewed sense of self, a new perspective, and a drive to create a life of my own design. I decided to make it my mission to help you do the same.
As a Master Coach, I have worked with hundreds of clients on building their relationships with themselves through self-understanding, self-responsibility, and self-trust and I can help you too!

I’ve joined other groups before and didn’t stay engaged and do the work. What will be different about this one?
You may have been one of many in a group and often that gives the impression that it doesn’t really matter if you show up or not, and so we let ourselves off the hook.
This is why I keep my groups small. This boutique program is very different. It’s like getting the personalized attention, support & guidance you’d receive at a lovely boutique.
I create a personal and comfortable atmosphere where we get to know each other, build trust and cheer each other on. You’ll feel empowered to do the work and be accountable to yourself.
You belong here. Your desires for yourself are important. I want you to get what you come for and your presence matters to me!
If you’re ready to change the pattern you’ve had in groups in the past, this is the place to do it!
I’m an introvert and don’t like to open up in groups. I prefer to work with people on an individual basis. How will being in this boutique group be a good option for me?
I understand where you’re coming from. This tends to be my preference as well. However, what I’ve learned is that stepping a bit outside of your comfort zone will help you grow in ways you never imagined.
It builds self-confidence and self-trust, it enhances accountability, and it opens your eyes to new perspectives and solutions you may never have encountered.
I create a personal and comfortable atmosphere where we get to know each other, where we build trust together and cheer each other on! You can rest in the comfort that you belong here and your contribution as well as the desires you have for yourself matter.
When I let myself join in and share, I’m always amazed just how lovely, kind, and compassionate people are! I believe you can experience this too.

I’m not sure what to do. I feel the pull to join, but I feel some resistance too. How do I decide?
Decisions are often hindered because we want assurance that we’re making the “right” decision. Whatever you decide will be the “right” decision for you at this moment. Here’s an easy and effective 5-step process to help you make your decision!
- Check in with yourself on how joining would benefit you. Write down all the ways you’ll benefit.
- Now write down how you’ll benefit if you don’t join the program.
- Consider and write down the outcomes you’ll create for yourself either way.
- Now that you’ve checked in with yourself, and you can see that you’ll benefit no matter what, what outcome do you truly want for yourself? This is your answer.
- Finally, trust that whatever choice you make will be exactly what is best for you right now.
If you find that you begin to question your decision, simply revert to the above and remind yourself what you chose and why. That is enough.
What happens if I’m not able to make all of the sessions? Are the sessions recorded?
While it’s advantageous to be at every class so you can get the full experience, I understand that life happens and sometimes that just can’t happen. All of the classes are recorded, so, on those rare occasions, you’ll be able to catch up by watching the replay.
What is the time commitment for BRAVING?
You will have 3-4, 1-hour group sessions per month for 6 months with 1 integration week in between. There are 20 sessions in total.
You will want to allocate an additional 30-60 minutes each week to do the BRAVING worksheet for that week’s topic.
How long is the program?
The program is 6 months long. You will have ongoing access to the recordings and materials after that for as long as the program continues.
What if I’m in therapy, will this work get in the way or replace the support I already receive?
Braving is a wonderful resource that can be used with therapy, counseling and other forms of mental health modalities.
What are the different ways I can get help and get coached in BRAVING?
Each class is designed to include time for teaching, workshopping and coaching.
You’ll be able to ask questions there, as well as in between sessions within the online program platform.
If you are interested in more private one-to-one support throughout the program, you can add-on one-to-one sessions for an additional investment.
Is there an opportunity for private coaching?
Yes! You can add-on 3 or 6 private one-to-one coaching sessions for an additional investment.
What topics will be covered in BRAVING?
We’ll explore a range of topics to help you shift from feeling untethered and uncertain about yourself and your life to reconnecting with your true self, appreciating your journey so far, and moving forward with confidence and courage.
We’ll focus on understanding and applying topics to help you achieve your goals like your self-concept, self-acceptance, overcoming self-sabotage, tapping into your inner wisdom, embracing empowering values, re-claiming your self-authority, and living into wholeness.
Additionally, we’ll set aside time to reflect on, recognize, and celebrate your progress in alignment with your personal goals.
Ultimately, you’ll acquire these tools and more to navigate and transform through life’s challenges.
